Alison Dawson
Ali
has over 18 years experience working with a variety of organisations as
an Operational Manager and Management Development Consultant. She has
worked for Next plc; international training and development consultancy,
Esprit Ltd and was a founder member of Inspirational Development
Consulting Ltd.
She has worked with Unisys, BT, Bank of America,
DOW Chemicals, BAT, Xerox, British Gas, Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, MOD,
DAS, Edinburgh City Council and Nokia. Projects include working with the
England Rugby Union Football Club, the BT Global Challenge Yacht Race
skippers and the Royal Military Academy at Sandhurst.
Ali’s core
specialization is in helping teams and individuals to add greater value
through more effective behaviour and skills and by building more
effective working relationships with others.
Key applications
are: understanding organizational culture; leadership, motivation and
people development; the formulation, growth and maintenance of effective
teams, and the work-life balance for individuals.
