Paul is a specialist in leadership development having spent the last 4 years in the Tesco Leadership Academy. He started his career in leadership when he joined M&S on the highly competitive graduate scheme. He was one of the youngest Store Managers ever appointed and at the age of 23 managed a multimillion pound business with 125 employees.

He joined Tesco in 2001 and after successfully running a number of stores in London, he spent a year as an internal consultant and coach on a ground breaking customer service project. This saw the emotional loyalty of the store employees as the key to delivering great service and a strategic asset in sustaining Tesco’s position as number one.

In the Tesco Leadership Academy he was responsible for the leadership and general management development of the top 400 directors across the Tesco group. This involved designing and delivering training in the UK, Europe and Asia as well as ensuring sustainability by transferring capability to the local experts.

Paul is passionate about supporting individuals and teams to find clarity, purpose and inspiration in their working and personal lives, thus maximising their potential.

Paul carefully manages his time between work and family life and is the proud father of a baby boy.
