By combining the truly remarkable and inspiring personal account from BT Global Challenge skipper Mark Denton with a series of practical exercises that allow teams and leaders to develop their decision making skills through thought provoking leadership ideas our new leadership masterclasses can be tailored to specific company requirements.
From either a one and a half hour motivational presentation all the way
through to a full three-day experiential masterclass that includes
psychometric profiling, 360 leadership reports and a team diagnostic,
teams are “raced around the world and back” reliving some of the
experiences from “The World’s Toughest Yacht Race”
The masterclasses are followed up throughout the year through a series of
online “prompts to action” to ensure the valuable lesson drawn out from
the programmes are being implemented.
