
Ailsa has over 17 years experience as a Human Resources and Management Development professional with organisations such as the Royal Air Force, Boots the Chemist and Nestlé. She held the role of Factory Training Manager with a customer base of 2000 and been the Human Resources Manager for staff and shop floor customer bases of 350 people.
She holds the MCIPD qualification with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and is qualified to Level B with the British Psychological Society. She is qualified in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and the Occupational Personality Questionnaire (SHL) both of which have been used to great effect with a variety of clients both on an individual and group basis.
Ailsa has worked with a huge range of organisations including SEEDA, Milton Keynes Council, a women’s refuge and an engineering manufacturing company. Projects she has undertaken include running the Nestlé graduate development programme (rated as the 3rd best scheme in the country) for 5 years, change management, developing a management team in their knowledge and application of employment law, developing team leaders in an in-house, year long modular course that saved or generated the organisation in the region of £250K per course. She also runs her own successful Human Resource and Training Consultancy.
Her core specialisations are in the area of management development including leadership, team building and personal career development as well as the human resources responsibilities of managers.
