
After graduating in Languages, Economics & Politics Johanna began her career with Tesco as a Management trainee. During her 14 years with Tesco she held a number of operational roles including Store Manager of 3 stores accountable for an annual turnover of £15 million and 250 staff.
She moved to Head Office to pursue her career in Personnel. During this time she supported the business’s international growth heading up the International Assignments team. She then went on to design and lead their first International Director Development programme which covered the Finance, Marketing and Commercial functions. This role gave her an interest in the Commercial team and she subsequently became Personnel Manager for the Food division with an account of 650 people who were based locally and overseas.
Her key areas of focus were on talent management and development. She spent a year in Hong Kong where she was accountable for building personnel processes to deliver business goals in a rapidly expanding market with offices located across Asia, India and Europe.
Johanna now runs for Fit the Future focussing on Executive Coaching, people development and change management within Personnel.
