Neil fulfilled a boyhood ambition when he became a Royal Marine Commando after leaving school, then set his sights on Special Forces and passed SAS (R) selection, serving as a Troop Commander.
Since leaving the military, his business career has spanned many levels of the corporate ladder from a self-employed door-to-door office equipment salesman to CEO of a multi-million pound construction company.
In his spare time, Neil organises and leads adventurous expeditions all over the World. He has made 12 first ascents of previously unclimbed peaks and climbed the highest mountain on each continent, including Mt Everest. He has also skied to the North Pole, jet-skied around the UK and set World Records for Tin-Tray Racing, Pram-Pushing and Extreme Golf!"
Neil passionately believes that ordinary people can achieve extraordinary things. He will inspire your work colleagues and friends to set new challenging personal and professional goals by breaking out of their comfort zone, having self-belief, taking responsibility, embracing change, managing risk and by building strong and lasting relationships.
