Since graduating over 15 years ago, Suzanne has been working in the field of Leadership & Professional development. With a strong background in the customer service, hospitality and telecommunications industries she brings a wealth of practical business knowledge & experience to any learning intervention she is involved in.
She has designed and delivered key programmes for organisations to develop team leaders, managers as well as specialists in the business, having taken into account their identified needs and requirements. These organisations operate in industries including avionics, catering, financial, logistics, clothing manufacturing and local government in England & Wales.
The programmes that Suzanne runs are always learner centred, experiential and fully participative. Key areas of expertise are managing performance at all levels of the organisations; developing managers & leaders to maximise their potential; exceptional customer service and the fundamentals of the sales process.
Suzanne is a qualified professional member of the CIPD and holds Post Graduate Diplomas in Human Resource Development, The Management of Human Resource Development and Leadership, Mentoring and Executive Coaching. She is passionate about assisting people at all levels of organisations to grow and develop their potential through relationship & behavioural training.
