This new and exciting partnership enables HPD to link in the teamworking and leadership lessons with examples of working at the highest levels of performance. Flying with The Red Arrows demands excellent teamwork and leadership skills, HPD and The Arrows Experience link personal experiences and lessons into the daily issues business and sports teams face and discuss how to improve performance.

HPD and The Arrows Experience offer the opportunity to experience teamwork at a truly unique level. Delegates can fly with Rod, Al and Steve carrying out team aerobatic manoeuvres as performed by The Red Arrows in the dynamic Pitts stunt biplanes. This exciting experience allows delegates to understand the need for trust, communication and attention to detail when working in a team. The exercise is followed by a facilitated debrief linking lesson learnt back to their working environments.

Sailing, especially on large yachts, demonstrates the need for excellent teamworking and strong leadership skills.
Using 72ft ex Global Challenge Yachts, or 52ft Farr high performance racing yachts, teams race against each other, calling upon a range of skills including strategic thinking, tactical planning, decision making, clear communication and supportive teamwork.
The programme can be tailored to demonstrate many issues, including communication, conflict and collaboration, trust, working to team strengths and support under pressure.
Teams will understand the importance teamwork plays in achieving success as well as learning to sail a yacht efficiently and experience live onboard a racing yacht.
A tall ship provides a complete venue for the training programmes offering accommodation on board in the ship's comfortable cabins, classroom and presentation facilities in the saloon and an exciting, challenging environment to put the theory into practice on deck. Planning, decision making, leadership and teamwork are key elements in successfully carrying out this day-long workshop where teams will plan and carry out a flight plan putting the lessons they have learnt into practice.
Delegates will get the opportunity to fly their planned route in a £30 million simulator that is used by The CAA to train and test commercial airline pilots. They will be debriefed throughout the day on their planning and communication as well as how well they implemented their flight plan.
Alternatively, the simulator can be used as a fun team challenge activity, where delegates will get the opportunity to fly the simulator, but without the planning phase. This package gives your team an amazing experience and makes a great reward and incentive option
Rigid Inflatable Boats (RIBs) are extremely fast, fun but safe, high-speed powerboats that we use for this exciting strategic exercise. It involves competing teams working collaboratively to achieve successful results.
Whether you choose this challenge to take place on The Thames or on The Solent the exciting event requires good planning, teamwork and communication.

For the ultimate in teambuilding experiences, the French Alpine or Canadian Outback challenges offer you a teambuilding adventure that pushes you both mentally and physically. A three or five day team challenge that requires the team to carry out exciting high adrenalin tasks combined with strategic and cerebral problem solving tasks.
White water rafting down challenging rapids, canyoning through waterfalls, paragliding, rock climbing and mountain biking in some of the most breathtaking parts of the world is an amazing experience but, the challenge is all about thinking strategically, using individual strengths and planning effectively to solve difficult mental and practical team tasks.
